Introduction

We gather and use certain information about individuals in order to provide products and services and to enable certain functions on this website.

We also collect information to better understand how visitors use this website and to present timely, relevant information to them.

  • Other information relevant to customer offers and client enquiries

When you visit our website (including the mobile optimised version of the website accessible from your portable hand-held device) you may provide us with personal information such as name, email address. You may provide us with information in a number of ways:

(a) by supplying us with the information as listed above on the Contact Us online form, in which case we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses in a secure area;

(b) by signing up to our newsletter, in which case all data is held in a secure third party platform;

2. How we use the information

We will not disclose your information to any third parties. Our internal procedures cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information. When you agree to sign up to our rewards and news updates we need to know your name and email address. We gather this information to allow us to provide you with a monthly email containing information about offers or news we think may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from our contact list at any time by replying to a marketing email with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line or by emailing us. We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. 3. Where we store the information

When you consent to filling in an enquiry form, your data is stored on the website’s database and also emailed to the admin email associated with that form. You will also receive a user email which will detail what information we hold and a link to remove yourself from this database.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. 6. Marketing Permissions

IXL Events Centre will send you from time to time news, offers and industry insight via email but we will not do so without your express consent. If you do not wish to receive any further email please use the unsubscribe option in the email or alternatively contact us at info@ixleventscentre.com.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the website following the alterations.
